Vuluxx Company Limited is a construction, rural water supply (borehole drilling) firm. Vuluxx aims to make its services available to individuals, institutions, communities in estate, road construction, social infrastructure and rural development and environmental issues in Ghana and the world as a whole.

Vuluxx Company Limited is registered as a Company Limited by guarantee under the Company code J963 (Act 179) in 2009 at the Registrar General’s office. Vuluxx is also recognized by the Ministry of Water Resources, Works and Housing as a General Building and Civil Works Contractor to the Government of Ghana in the Category “DI” and “KI” respectively.

Vuluxx Company Limited seeks to become an institution dedicated to improving housing, rural and urban water and sanitation and road infrastructure, coastal protection projects as well as general housing projects. Design and construct small and large scale dams for micro — irrigation purposes conditions for sustainable development in Ghana.

Vuluxx is dedicated to providing portable water and sanitation facilities, affordable housing, coastal protection, and construction of roads to promote susta ina ble national development through effective collaboration with Ministries, Departments and Agencies (MDAs), District Assemblies, Non — governmental organizations, private organization, individuals and all stake holders in development.

KWABENA KUMI

Managing Director

Kwabena holds a degree in Business Management and an HND in Civil Engineering. Kwabena has impressive organizational, administrative and management skills. His expertise in business, civil engineering and building technology, has given him immense and reputable recognition both in public and private sectors. In his earlier career, he worked as the Operational director of A- Lang Ltd, a Swiss construction firm overseeing their operations in Kumasi, Takoradi and Northern Region

AKWASI NUAMAH

Director OF Engineering

Mr. Kwasi Nuamah has over 35 years of experience in civil engineering and road construction. He holds a degree in civil engineering from the University of Science and Technology and a Master’s degree in Highway Management and Engineering from University of Birmingham UK. He has also bagged many certificates from all over the world such as Management and Road Maintenance certificate (ESAMI) Tanzania, Advance course in Management of Urban development (Birmingham), Project Structural Techniques (Washington DC), among many others. Mr. Nuamah worked as the Deputy Director (planning and development) and chief engineer in charge of operations and maintenance at Urban roads, where he oversaw major constructions of metropolitan and district roads, interchanges and urban development project. One such project was the construction of selected roads in the Central Business area Phase I & II under a 127 million dollar and 87-million-dollar fund respectively under the Government of Ghana’s Road Sector Development Programme (RSDP). Mr. Nuamah has also consulted for international projects like TPO Sullivan and Partners, China Railway Wuhu Co. Ltd, World Bank, among many others. Mr. Nuamah joined Vuluxx Co. Ltd in 2015 as a consultant and currently is the Director of Engineering in charge of overseeing all road and highway construction as well as community development project.

ANTHONY YAOVI NUVOR

Geotech Engineer

Anthony has practiced all aspects of Surveying & Mapping projects within the West African sub-region and beyond for the past twenty-one years Most of the positions on these Projects and Training Assignments have been at the Managerial levels with additional responsibilities as Technical and Financial Manager. A Resource person for Seminars and Workshops focused on impacting appropriate knowledge in Modern trends in Surveying and Mapping over the years to individuals and corporate bodies. A specialist in the Training of users in Modern Survey Equipment and relevant Software including Total Stations, Automatic and Digital Levels, Global Positioning Systems (GPS), Lasers, AutoCad software with special emphasis on satisfying the needs of the user. As a Marketing and Sales Consultant for a wide range of Surveying, Mining and Drawing instruments and their corresponding accessories and relevant software. As an ADR ( Alternative Dispute Resolution) Professional doing my best to resolve a wide range of issues by mediating beMeen aggrieved parties to arrive at amicable results

YAHAYA HAMEED YAKUBU

Technical Advisor

Mr. Yahaya Hameed Yakubu has thirty-three years working experience as an Architect. He was trained in Architecture and in 1986 and passed the Professional Examination to become a member of the Ghana Institute of Architects. He also holds a masters degree in Architecture from the Technical University of Gdansk, Poland. He also has additional qualifications in Neighbourhood Development, Planning, Municipal Engineering and Infrastructure Management. Throughout his career, he has overseen the design and supervision of various public and private building projects including housing, Offices, Industrial & Educational buildings, Clinics / Hospitals and Markets. Mr. Yahaya joined the Vuluxx team as a Technical Advisor in 2016 and works to co-ordinate and supervise the work of the Buildings Design Team
